All three of the Champster clips below where made with a 15 watt version of the standard 5F1 circuit, with the traditional 12AX7/6V6/5Y3 tube compliment. Housed in a 1×12 Better-Built cabinet co. “Deep-Deluxe” cabinet. The speaker is a EVM12L classis re-issue. The guitar was a Suhr Strat style guitar with Suhr V54 pickups. Clip #3 has some chorus added to the rhythm guitar for some variety, other then that, all the recordings have a flat EQ with some reverb added in the mix.
The clean clip was the amp on 3 with my Hamer Artist (humbucker neck and single coil bridge…think Tele on steroids). Cab was my ported 1×12 closed back With a vintage EV SRO giant alnico. Nothing added except a tiny bit of room Reverb for ambience and sugar.
Dirty clip was the amp on 8 into a reactive load/DI into a 2×12 Celestion Blue alnico IR. Same room ambience added. Same guitar.
Pedal clip was amp on 3 into a Lovepedal AMP808 OD, a Lovepedal Echophonic, And a Lovepedal 65 Reverb. I should have cranked the verb and echo more….but I like them to stay out of the way for the most part. Same room ambience and guitar.
